Terms and Conditions
Each product purchased is sold subject to its description, which details the specifications for that product.
All reasonable care is taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on the website are correct at the time they were placed on the site. Although the aim is to keep the website as up to-date as possible, occasionally product descriptions may not always exactly reflect the position at the time your order was placed.
Please note that it is possible that there may be colour difference between the image as viewed on your monitor and the print. Unfortunately this is unavoidable due to variances in monitors and settings, we use custom profiles on both our monitors and printers to ensure the highest colour accuracy of print possible.
All items offered for sale are produced when ordered and are subject to the processing times provided in the shopping guide. The aim is to ship your order within 10 working days of receipt of you order it is normally less than this, however unexpected delays can sometimes occur. Should there be a delay in shipment of your order we will contact you using the email address you supplied when placing the order.
Delivery and Invoice
Normally work start on your order when received, an e-mail is sent to inform you that your order is being processed and again on dispatch.
Guarantees cannot be given on delivery, however if you have not received your order within 5 working days of the despatch e-mail (10 days if outside the UK), please get in touch immediately.
Your products will be packaged as follows: Prints are rolled in tissue paper and inserted into a heavy weight tube, mounted and framed prints placed in cardboard box sleeves specifically design for shipping pictures. An invoice will be enclosed with your order.
All shipments are of a size which will need someone to be present at the delivery address and require a signature. Therefore, if possible, arrange for someone to be present to accept the shipment at the delivery address. Royal Mail is used for delivery so if the shipment can not made, a card will be left and it will be held at the local sorting office. If not collected it be returned to us, an additional postage will be charge to despatch again.
Tax Charges and Import Duties
We are not VAT registered, so there is no tax not applied to our prices.
For all orders received for shipment beyond the boundaries of the European Union; any applicable duties for the import of products into country of order from the UK are the responsibility of you, the ordering customer.
Cancellation and Refunds
We aim to provide you with a high quality product. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for replacement or full refund excluding postage within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To return an item please use the contact page to email your order information and reason for the return also include these details with the returned item. Returns will be processed within 15 working days receipt of your return and you will be notified via email on receipt and processing of the return.
The item must be in its original packaging and be undamaged. You are responsible for the shipping cost.
Information about customers is not disclosed to third parties.
When placing an order the following information is collected from you: Billing name and address, Shipping name, address and e-mail address.
All payments are processed by PayPal, market leaders in internet payment solutions, so no credit/debit card details are taken from you by us.
